Noomboro lives near to the center of Ololosokwan village with her five children. She has three boys and two girls, four of whom are in school. Her family has five cows as well as ten goats and sheep. Before she began working with Maasai Honey, Noomboro’s husband died and she was left alone with her children and two cows. It was hard for her to support her family until she got the opportunity to work in beekeeping. The income has allowed her to send her children to school and get more livestock. Her favorite work activities are making beeswax cosmetics - soap, candles, and lip balm.
