Ololosokwan Student Sponsorship
In Ololosokwan Village, many children do not have the opportunity to go to school, simply because their families cannot afford it. Children and parents alike often flock to the Maasai Honey office, asking for help to purchase uniforms, books, pencils, and other school necessities. Upon witnessing this prominent need, Maasai Honey’s founder, Krysten Ericson, began supporting poverty-stricken children of Ololosokwan Village, so that they can receive an education.
Over the years the sponsorship program has grown and growing numbers of students are supported through Maasai Honey! Our staff members work together with the Ololosokwan Village council, ensuring that the most in-need families are supported. Still, there are many children in Ololosokwan that wish to go to school, and for this we ask for your cooperation!

Sponsor a Child
Now you can sponsor a child to go to school in Ololosokwan Village! Your contribution will cover all of their necessary costs and our village staff will ensure that children are supported and guided in their educational experience.
The cost to sponsor a child is $200 per year. You can choose to sponsor a child for one year or multiple years. While greater contributions provide meaningful, long-term support, even a one-year contribution will make a significant difference in this growing project!
*The Ololosokwan Student Sponsorship program is independent from Maasai Honey beekeeping activities. To support beekeeping initiatives or sponsor a beekeeper, please visit our donate page.
